1. How many guests can The Landmark accommodate?

Our 3,000 square foot venue comfortably accommodates up to 130 guests, making it ideal for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private celebrations.

The Landmark is perfect for a variety of events, including:

6. How far in advance should I book my event?

Popular dates can book quickly, especially during wedding season, so we recommend reaching out 6–12 months in advance when possible.

8. Can we bring our own alcohol?

Bar service options can be customized depending on your event needs. Please contact our team for details on alcohol policies and bar packages.

10. Does The Landmark host public events?

Yes! We regularly host community gatherings and recurring events such as Monday Night Mahjong, Game Nights, and Sip & Stretch Yoga on Saturdays.

The Landmark is located in the heart of Downtown Maryville, just a short drive from Knoxville and the Great Smoky Mountains.

You can start by submitting an inquiry through our website or contacting our team directly. We’d be happy to schedule a tour and discuss your event details.

5. Can we schedule a tour of the venue?

Yes! We’d love to show you around. Tours can be scheduled by appointment.

7. Do you provide catering?

We work with a list of preferred caterers who are familiar with our space. Outside caterers are also welcome and can use our fully equipped prep kitchen.

9. Is the Venue Handicap accessible? 

Unfortunately, our venue does not currently offer wheelchair accessibility
